It is my desire to bring women together for challenging, motivating, intense, fun and inspiring group workouts where you can burn calories, get stronger and relieve stress in an atmosphere with no judgment but plenty of laughter, sweat, encouragement and nourishment for the body and soul!

Getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can achieve. I believe in finding the pleasurable side of fitness, and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the amount of fun and levels of energy you will experience will far exceed the discomfort.

I provide professional, certified fitness programs designed to help you reach and maintain your health and fitness goals in a challenging, motivating, intense, fun and inspiring atmosphere with plenty of laughter, sweat and encouragement for the body & soul! You can come to any or all of the classes - whatever helps you meet your fitness goals and works with your schedule. If you can't make it to any of our scheduled classes, ask me about setting up a fitness program for you to do at home on your own schedule!
High Intensity Interval Training

High intensity intervals deliver a calorie drenching workout and post metabolic boost! Agility, coordination, balance, stability, speed, power, endurance in a 30 minute fast & blast workout!

Health and fitness is as much about what your body looks like on the outside as it is about how it functions on the inside. Your heart is a muscle, too, and my workouts will get your heart-rate up. My experiences in fitness training include a focus on Core Training. The unique program I’ve developed will help burn calories, boost the metabolism, and improve your overall health. A combination of strategic exercises as well as a healthy diet will have you in tip top shape.
